Update on my mom
I just wanted to share a thanksgiving with the prayer ministry. My mother had a angiogram last week to determine when/if she needed to have another surgery to correct the larger of her two remaining aneurysms and to check the progress on the ones they already operated on. The news was amazing - the ones they worked on before are healing as well as could be expected and she is able to go off of the blood thinner she has been on for 6 months. Even better, the one they were most worried about has diminished to the point that they could not find it! She will not have to have surgery at this point! This is far better news than the doctors or any of us were expecting! Praise God!!!
She has one small one remaining near her temple, where they do not want to operate due to location. They are planning to monitor her yearly for this and potential future ones, but other than that she is all clear!
I thank all of you in the church community who have kept her and our family in your prayers as well during this journey. I truly believe that we have had an answer to our prayers!
